Proportional Circle Map (continuously graded) - Hispanic Pop.

The proportional circle map is a type of point pattern map. It uses varied sized of circles to represent data (not locations), rather than dots There are two types of proportional circle maps, and this happens to be range graded, as the size of circle is used to represent a certain proportion of data or individuals. The other, continuously graded, is characterized by pie charts. This post can be compared with the dot density map, as they measure the same information but presented with different types of point pattern maps.
